Growth Tips, Reading

Love it or hate it, you can’t afford to ignore social media sites. People are more connected today than ever thanks to platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more. In order to launch and grow your business, you have to participate in these social communities.

If you want to really stand out from competitors and boost conversion you need to integrate social media into your website. Social integration makes it easy for these social communities to continue their conversations on your website and easily share your content about your products with their communities.

How to execute this growth tip

Types of social integration can be social share buttons, comment section integration with Facebook, click to tweet, and more. With that in mind, take a look at your website and look for places where you can add share buttons, click to tweets, social logins options, and more. Make notes of those pages and locations in a spreadsheet.

Review and pick one of the tools below and decide which ones you'd like to use. Some are super easy to add, like installing a plugin on a WordPress site. Others may require developer help from Fiverr or Upwork.

After installing, encourage visitors to use social sharing features. Create a banner or pop up letting them know you've made it easy to share. Ask visitors questions and to leave comments about your content and products. Then sit back and watch your social traffic climb (but not for too long, you've got more work to do with the next growth tip!).
